Purchasing products:
Purchasing products could not be easier. Just browse our on-line shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Once you have completed your selection, click on 'Checkout' button and you will be taken to our secure on-line payment, where you will be asked to enter a few details to complete your order.
We will be pleased to assist with any sizing, material or colour queries prior to ordering should you require this. Sizing charts are accessible from the web pages, and are extremely accurate.
We accept: Maestro, Switch, Visa Electron, VISA, MasterCard, Solo, Delta. as on-line payment methods.
When your confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. The contract to supply goods by Tristar Webtrader to each customer will be made when Tristar Webtrader debits the account of the customer
Shipping and Handling
Once your order is received by Tristar Webtrader; we will aim to process it as soon as possible. All orders are delivered with a £5.99 delivery charge within the USA.
USA
DELIVERY CHARGE OF $5.99 WITHIN THE USA FOR ALL ORDERS
Orders are normally delivered within 5 working days, but can take up to 15 days if they are not in stock (we will advice you if this is the case), please contact us if you are in any doubt.
Your items will be packaged in plain bags along with your sale receipt.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you, this may take upto 15 Days before the item is delivered to you.
Tax Charges
For all orders made from the USA, Sales tax is included in the advertised price.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption, Credit Card numbers are not held in clear text on any web site. Please note you will be redirected to our secure on-line payment area, and the website of eSensual Lingerie is secured by the world recognized leaders in website security ‘VERISIGN’.
Product Specifications
Prices and conditions of sale may be amended without prior warning. Quotations may be withdrawn without notice at any time prior to acceptance of order.
Failure to Pay
If the buyer fails to pay Tristar Webtrader any sum due, pursuant to the contract, the buyer will be liable to pay interest to Tristar Webtrader on such sum from the due date for payment at 2% above the base lending rate of HSBC Bank Plc from the time of purchase, accruing on a daily basis until payment is made. Tristar Webtrader reserves the right to claim interest under the Late Payment of commercial Debts (interest) Act 1998.
Shortages or wrong goods supplied
Should be notified within 7 Days of reception and returned within 10 days of receipt of goods. Tristar Webtrader will issue a Credit Note. Any credit due will be made within 7 days of cancellation. The invoice number should be quoted on all correspondence relating to the return, a returns address will be provided. Product must be complete, including packaging in the same condition as supplied.
Non Delivery
Our aim is to provide delivery service within 5 days, however circumstances beyond our control may extend this by a day or two. If a delay of greater than 72 hours is expected we will contact you. It is IMPORTANT therefore that Non-delivery should be reported within 10 days of order date. Beyond that date there are great difficulties in claiming from our delivery agents.
Exchange Policy
Any item(s) can be returned for exchange of another item, if it qualifies under the following terms:
You must return your purchase within 7 days of delivery. The item(s) must be unworn and in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt.
Please also note that for Hygiene reasons we are unable exchange underwear and hosiery, or any goods that have been damaged while being worn or washed.
Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post. Postage paid for returning goods for exchange are not refundable.
You will have to pay for postage to return the item to us but we will not charge any extra to return the exchanged item to you.
Refund Policy
Refunds are accepted on faulty items only on notification within 7 days of receipt. All returns must be agreed in advance verbally and a covering letter enclosed with the return.
The item(s) must be unworn and in unsoiled condition, complete with all attached tags, the original packaging and the receipt. Please also note that for Hygiene reasons we are unable to refund Underwear and hosiery or any goods that have been damaged while being worn or washed.
Returned goods should be sent by recorded delivery as we are not liable for items lost in the post. Postage incurred when ordering or returning goods are not refundable.
Please do not return any goods for a Refund or Exchange unless you qualify under all the above terms and conditions, as we will be unable to process the refund.
At our discretion, we may decide to waive the no-returns policy in such cases there will be a £10 restocking charge per item to cover administration, credit card charges and depreciation on the garment.
Please note that when you place your order you are accepting the above refund policy.
Disputes and complaints
These should be made directly to us by email or in writing. Your dispute or complaint will be acknowledged within 5 working days and we will aim to resolve it within 10 working days. You will be provided the name of the person handling your complaint at the time of acknowledgment.
Ownership of goods:
All Tristar Webtrader goods remain the property of Tristar Webtrader until they are paid for in full. Until the goods are paid for in full, a customer may not sell or transfer goods to any other party.
Force majeure:
In the event that the Tristar Webtrader is prevented from carrying out its obligations under a contract for sale as a result of any cause beyond its control such as but not limited to Acts of God, War, Strikes, Lock-outs, Flood and Failure of third parties to deliver goods, the Seller shall be relieved of its obligations and liabilities under such contract for sale for as long as such fulfillment is prevented.
These Terms & Conditions supersede those published in any prior sales literature. Orders placed and accepted are deemed to be in accordance with these conditions.
